The G7000 was designed by RW Oliver as an interesting experiment into “desktop loudspeakers.” It included the G700 mini monitors and a teak finished, slot loaded subwoofer, designed to look like a nice desktop cigar case or similar. Some competitors started after the G7000 was launched, indicating its success.
